1/18/2012 Too Cold!!!

I know winter is here, but do we need the negative temps and high winds???  The kids are spending their third day inside because of negative temps.  My house can't take much more of this!  Everything is getting destroyed!

I caught my daughter in not one, not two, but SIX lies yesterday.  What do you do with an almost 8 year old who is afraid to get in trouble?  The sad part is four of the lies I found out from her teacher.  Sigh.  I had her write an apology note to her teacher and explain what she should have said.  I hope this stops this.  She really s a great girl.

But on for the good news!!!

I get to pick up my sweetie and bring him back here!!!  Finally we will be a complete family for a few days.

Stay warm today.  And drink a cup for me.
